Globally I am feeling good. No chest pressure and feeling very confident and motivated about my business creation.

I have had several head injuries in the past and with that came a hypersensitivity to sound. At times I have actually worn ear plugs so much that I began to not be able to tolerate tiny sounds like my husband eating etc.

Two years ago we found out that there was going to be a major road project in our neighbourhood with sewers etc. as well. I have been dreading it and often wished that we would move before the project started.

The project started about two weeks ago, but has intensified over the past day or so. It is unbelievable how noisy they are. We live on a corner and the project includes 3 of the 4 streets on our block. The dust is also rather horrifying in this heat. The house literally shakes whenever the bulldozer or the back ho drive by ... which is several times an hour starting at 6 a.m. and ending well after 6 p.m. AND ... I am doing just fine!!

Crazy huh?

I am so incredibly grateful. I absolutely know that there was no way I could have sustained the intensity of this project even a year ago.

After 3 sessions, my cat is more friendly. She comes closer to us and shows less fear when I take her in my arms.

Dear Ava, thank you so much for your wonderful energy work. After the Emotion Code sessions you did for me regarding my digestive problems, I now feel much lighter and more energetic. An inner shift has taken place. You are so friendly and helpful, always ready to listen, and you even provided me with additional health related information. Thank you again. ❤️

I have a cat, Nala, who is very opposite to my other cat, Kobe - feisty, adventurous, lively, etc. She’s always playfully hitting Kobe and he just takes it or runs away, even though he’s bigger in size. We also have to keep all the doors closed so Nala doesn’t run out and get attacked by foxes, as they are both house cats. But she loves the outdoors, so we take her into the garden on a little lead and supervise her so she doesn’t run away. On the other hand, Kobe is terrified of outside and even if we leave the doors wide open he’ll never even go near the door. If we take him outside he quickly runs back inside, always scared.

Yesterday another two things happened. 1) Kobe actually bonked Nala on the head twice - the first time ever 2) Kobe also ran into the garden all by himself when the door was open, he’s never ever done that before. He didn’t run away but he also wasn’t in a hurry to return inside. Shocking!
