What are Trapped Emotions?

Trapped emotions are emotional energy stuck in the body, they are things that don't belong in our bodies, they are the emotions that you kind of ‘saved’ to be processed later time.

As we go through everyday life we experience many different emotions. Subconsciously, our body decides which of those emotions it wants to hold on to, resulting in stored - or trapped - emotions. Those trapped emotions affect how we think, feel and act each day.

These trapped emotions, often forgotten but never truly gone, can cause an emotional 'traffic jam' in our lives, blocking us from love, happiness and overall wellbeing.

They have an effect of distorting the energy field, can disrupt body processes and can contribute to slower healing time, they can even make people feel older, fatigued, contribute to organs, glands, joints or tissues weaknesses and various other symptoms.

By identifying and releasing these emotions, you can experience relief from various ailments, improve your mental well-being and promote overall wellness.

It’s as if the Emotion Code removes a little bit of darkness and brings in a little bit more light.

Collectively, all of our trapped emotions make up what's called Emotional Baggage.
